Dover School Club
WHO-The Dover School Club is open to any parent who would like to join. We are a parent organization that wants to make the most out of our children's years at the Dover Elementary School
WHAT-We organize and execute several fundraisers throughout the year. We sponsor fun and educational events for the kids/teachers/family members. Our next event is the trunk or treat! We will send more info about the events we sponsor throughout the school year.
How to stay informed and volunteer- Send us your email on the bottom of this form. Even if you havebefore. We are starting a new list this year. We also run a blog. The blog is found on the top of the Doverschool.net web page. It includes information and pictures of our events.
WHEN- We meet Fridays after school sing. You do not need to be there, you may be kept "in the loop" via email. Also new this year we will be having a gathering once a month in the evenings to accommodate working parents. We will send out information about when we are planning to have our first meeting.
Friday morning school sing bake- One easy way to help our club is to sign up to send in treats for the morning sing on Fridays. There is a signup sheet outside Lori's office or you can email the club directly with a date that works for you. You do not need to be present at school sing. All we need are enough baked goods for 10-15 people. You may send them in with your child.
If you have any questions or would like to be on our email list, please email us at:
or fill out the form on the bottom
Your name/child's name ____________________________________________
Every Friday at school sing the Dover School Club makes coffee, tea and offer different kinds of baked goods that has been made by a parent to everyone attending.
The donations goes to a different teacher every Friday to help them by supplies etc. for their classroom.
You can sign up by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org which Friday, or which teacher you would like to bake for or sign up on the sheet that is located outside Lori O'Hern's office at the school.
If you can't bring the baked goods to school send it in with your child or let us know and we will help you.
This is a nice way to support the teachers.

Welcome to a new school year!
We hope you all had a wonderful summer and are now ready for a great fall and winter at the Dover School.
Soon we will send out information about what it is the Dover School Club does. This summer, for instance we did a complete makeover of the teachers lounge. If you have time when you're at the school, peek in and let us know what you think. There will be a sign up sheet for school sing coffee, a sign up for getting emails, and much more.
This year we are going to meet once a month at the school in the evening so that all parents will have a chance to come and listen and ask questions and to join the club.
More information about that will come.
A wonderful school year is in front of us and we are very exited and we hope you will join us and help us do wonderful things for this awesome school.
